Delivery Times & Responsibilities

  • The estimated delivery times provided are average estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons.

  • Gemsy Collection is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Shipping Fees & Methods

  • France & European Union:

    • Standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

    • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, which will be specified on our website.

  • International Shipping:

    • We ship worldwide. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

    • Delivery times vary based on location and customs clearance procedures.

International Customers & Customs Duties

  • Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery, and Gemsy Collection is not responsible for these delays.

  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and taxes in their respective country.

  • We cannot provide estimates for potential customs fees. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.

Address Accuracy & Undelivered Packages

  • Customers must ensure that they provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the courier, or non-payment of customs duties:

    • The shipping fee will not be refunded.

    • The remaining order total will be refunded only after we receive the returned package.

    • If the customer still wants the items, a new order must be placed with a correct address.
