Delivery Times & Responsibilities
The estimated delivery times provided are average estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons.
Gemsy Collection is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

International Customers & Customs Duties
Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery, and Gemsy Collection is not responsible for these delays.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and taxes in their respective country.

Address Accuracy & Undelivered Packages
Customers must ensure that they provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the courier, or non-payment of customs duties:
The shipping fee will not be refunded.
The remaining order total will be refunded only after we receive the returned package.
If the customer still wants the items, a new order must be placed with a correct address.
