Returns Policy
At Gemsy Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items returned beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Personalized and customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the package remains their responsibility until it is received at Gemsy's return address. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@gemsycollection.com with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange.
Exchange Conditions
The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Personalized and customized items cannot be exchanged.
Earrings and pierced jewelry are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene regulations.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
However, we will cover the shipping costs for the new exchanged item.
If the item you want to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@gemsycollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
If reported within 24 hours, we will provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Reports made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to collect the package from the delivery service
Failure to pay customs duties (for international orders)
We will issue a refund for the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wish to receive the items again, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gemsycollection.com.
International Customers & Customs Duties
For international orders outside of France, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address details, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds can only be processed once the returned package has been received.
